RaptorEye support for Cloud Cap Viewpoint format and 14-Bit FLIR IR data

We now have RaptorEye / RaptorEye II support for multichannel video recording directly to the Cloud Cap Viewpoint data format, and for capturing high dynamic range infrared data from the FLIR Tau 640 infrared camera.
